John K. Lodge, PsyD is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Ohio. His clinical experience includes working with adults, children, and adolescents in individual, family, and group-based therapy. He is also knowledgeable in the administration of comprehensive psychological assessments for a wide range of behavioral and psychological issues. His clinical interests include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-based issues, adjustment and relationship problems, stress and anger management, behavioral pain management, and working with individuals of diverse multicultural backgrounds and identities. He has a strong commitment to treating the mental health needs of active service military, their families and our nations's veterans.
Sally Benner, PCC is a Professional Clinical Counselor who enjoys working with people experiencing situational problems and life changes. She uses cognitive and behavioral strategies to identify solutions to everyday life problems. Typical life issues she works with include: relationship conflict and losses, school issues such as academic performance, ADHD, bullying, preparing for college, child-rearing, discipline, divorce, preserving relationships with difficult people, substance use disorders, work-related stress, LGBTQ-related issues, boundary issues, and grief. Sally is direct but kind, and often uses humor to support you as you tackle life's challenges. She will celebrate your accomplishments as you move forward.

Shari Boone holds a MA in Educational Psychology. She is the practice and case manager at Creekside. She is a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Master Coach with a niche in Parenting. She is experienced in handling families of divorce and helping them to succeed and move forward. Her multiple certifications include substance abuse and suicide/crisis care. She will coordinate all your care needs and support you in all areas that help you to reach your treatment goals.
